Our Commitment
- Superior customer service is of critical importance to Esperanza Homes.
- Construction will be performed in a timely, complete and proper manner.
- Upon completion of construction, Construction and Sales will conduct four “Walk Throughs” with the customer:
- Upon completion of construction
- 30 days from closing
- 6 months from closing
- One year from closing
- All post-construction customer service requests will be handled as our highest priority and will be attended to within 2 weeks from date of receipt.
